Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix sugar, margarine and egg yolk.
  3. Stir in flour and cinnamon.
  4. Press in lightly greased jelly roll pan.
  5. (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch or use 2 baking pans, one 8x8x2 inches and one 9x9x2 inches)
  6. Beat egg white and water until foamy; brush over dough.
  7. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  8. Bake until very light brown, 20 - 25 minutes
  9. Immediately cut into strips, 3x1 inch
