Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt mix for 2 min
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour mix for 2 min
  • 1 1/4 cup flour mix again

Directions:

  1. After all in and mixed turn out to a lightly floured counter. Dust the top of the dough with a little flour. Knead for 8 to 10 min. Put in a greased bowl twice the size of the dough so it can rise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate
  2. Day 2
  3. Puch dough down. Knead a little bit to warm up. Roll out to a 9in x 15in Rectangle. Brush with 2 to 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaveing one long edge plain. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinamon. Roll up tp the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge. Cut dough with a string into 8 to 10 pieces. Place on greased pan. let rise for 20 min. *important* Bake for 20 min.
