  1. Makes 10-12 pancakes
  2. Be sure to let batter rest for 10 minutes to allow baking soda to activate.
  3. Combine:
  4. /2 c. flour
  5. /4 c. sugar
  6. /2 t. apple pie spice
  7. T. baking soda
  8. /2 t. salt
  9. Whisk in
  10. /2 c. buttermilk
  11. Oz. philadelphia cooking cream
  12. T. maple syrup
  13. Egg
  14. /2 t. vanilla
  15. Preheat oven to 200
  16. Fold buttermilk mix into dry ingredients just until moistened. Let rest for 10 minutes. Heat griddle and cook cakes.
