Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2-1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the sugars, with the egg, vanilla, honey, and butter.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking power in a separate bowl, mix.
  5. Add the flour mixture gradually to the sugar mixture.
  6. Once all is combined add the cinnamon / butterscotch chips.
  7. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet or lightly grease.
  8. Drop cookies by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 8-10 min.
  10. Makes: 24
