Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Flour and lightly grease a 9X13 loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together milk and oil. Add the eggs and vanilla.
  4. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into loaf pan and add remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tsp. cinnamon on top. with a butter knife or skewer, swirl the sugar/cinnamon mixture in the batter to create a marbled' effect.
  6. Bake in oven for 30-45 mins. or until top is golden and toothpick inserted comes out clean with few crumbs stuck to it. Let cool and enjoy!
