Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam beans until just tender. Rinse in cold water, set aside.
  2. Cut tomatoes in thin wedges, set aside.
  3. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in large fry pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and 2/3 of garlic. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft and liquid is evaporated. Stir in 1 teaspoon each of oregano, basil and salt. Combine mushroom mixture with beans and tomatoes and pour into 3 quart baking dish.
  4. Melt remaining butter, stir in remaining garlic, herbs, crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over beans, cover and bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes
