Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan and cook for 1 minute after mixture reaches rolling boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt, peanut butter and oatmeal. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Refrigerate.
