Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2-3 cups oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan on low heat until butter is melted.
  2. Add the sugar and the cocoa and mix well.
  3. Boil for 1-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add the vanilla, peanut butter, and dash of salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Crush the graham crackers until they are very fine.
  8. Add graham crackers and oats and mix well.
  9. Drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper or Aluminum foil, let cool.
  10. Enjoy! =).
