Chocolate Ganache Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brandy

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and brandy together until smooth. Allow to cool a little before spreading liberally over cake.
