Ingredients:

  • 50 g olive margarine and 75 g demerara sugar - whisk until fluffy .
  • 1 cup milk
  • 50 g flour and 2 tbsp cocoa pwd , sifted

Directions:

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180 deg .
  2. Whisk the eggs into the sugar mixture .
  3. Add the milk and the nuts .
  4. Fold in the flour .
  5. Pour in a greased oven proof serving dish .
  6. Bake for 30 mins .
  7. Dust with the icing sugar and cocoa pwd .
  8. Serve Warm .
