Chocolate Coated Coconut Balls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, butter and vanilla.
  2. Add confectioners sugar.
  3. Then add pecans and coconut. Mix well. (It will be necessary to mix with washed hands as mixture maybe quite stiff)
  4. Chill 15 minutes.
  5. Form into balls the size of walnuts and insert a tooth pick in center of each ball.
  6. Chill again.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in top of double boiler.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Dip each candy ball in chocolate.
  10. Remove quickly and place on wax paper.
  11. Use a spoon dipped in chocolate to smooth over hole left from toothpick.
  12. Refrigerate candy balls.
  13. Enjoy!
