Chocolate Chip-Coconut Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  3. If using coconut stir inches.
  4. Remove half of the dough from wrapper.
  5. Press half of the dough into bottom of an ungreased 9 or 8 inch square pan.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough.
  7. Crumble and sprinkle remaining half of cookie dough over cream cheese mixture.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  9. Cool 30 minutes.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
  11. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
