Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 stick margarine
  • 2 cup oatmeal-oldfashioned
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In gallon baggie, mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon.
  2. In bowl, with electric beater, blend margarine and sugar, add eggs. Mix dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix with spoon. Add morsels, mix well, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350, drop by tablespoons on UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes.
