Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint wine
  • 1/2 tsp preferred food coloring
  • 150 g cake flour

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar till light.
  2. Add in color, essence and wine.
  3. Add in cake flour.
  4. Pipe out onto trays or use cookie press.
  5. Bake at 165C for 15-18mins.
  6. When cool, dip partially in melted chocolate.
