  4. -Addthe cooked Chop Meat.
  5. -Addthe Can of Tomato.
  6. -Addthe can of Kidney Beans and Salt and Pepper.
  7. -Letsimmer until the juices are reduced (around 20 min).
  8. -Serveover Rice.
