  1. Melt butter in a 9X13 pan, beat eggs lightly in a bowl, add flour, b. powder, and salt. Blend and add melted butter, chiles, cottage cheese and monterey jack cheese.
  2. Bake at ~350 for 50 minutes. Cut into squares - serve hot.
