Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sumaq
  • 1/4 tsp dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop parsley, cucumber, carrot and sweet pepper.
  2. Combine with Chickpeas.
  3. Add dressing mixture.
