Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and mash the boiled potato with the chickpeas.
  2. Combine with onion, garlic, oregano, parsley, coriander, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. Shape into burgers and dust with flour.
  5. Fry in olive oil until nicely brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with lemon or lime slices.
