Directions:

  1. In large pot, saute celery, onions and green peppers in the butter. When translucent, add the chicken broth.
  2. To this add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender - approximately 1/2 hour.
  3. Serve with a dollop of Dijon mustard for added flavor.
