Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp spoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 2 tbsp spoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Fry chicken in skillet with olive oil untill brown. About 4 to 5 min each side
  2. Cut onions and celery into very small pieces peel and slice apple removing core and seeds.
  3. Put chicken in food processor and chop until desired consistency
  4. Add rest of ingredients and blend until mixed well.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Serve on bread, toast, or your favorite crackers.
