Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix sour cream, chillies, garlic, onions,and 1 c cheese.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle jalapeños on top of chicken cover dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
