Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Can black beans
  2. Can corn
  3. Bags shredded mexican cheese with jalapenos
  4. C. marinara (I use more)
  5. Boneless chicken breasts
  6. About 15 corn tortillas
  7. Cook chicken with olive oil or butter. Cut into bit sized pieces. Line bottom of 9 x 13 pan with tortillas. If they are hard, soak in hot water. Layer 1/3 of corn, beans, and sauce, chicken and cheese. Repeat with 3 x. Top with rest of cheese and marinara. Cook at 350 for 45 min.
