Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees; spray bottom & sides of 9x9 glass baking dish with Pam.
  2. Mix brown rice, mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water together; put in baking dish.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  4. Cover baking dish with foil - put the shiny side of the foil facing down, with the dull side up.
  5. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 365 degrees.
