Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  3. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl mixing well.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients; blend well.
  5. Press mixture onto prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes only. (otherwise it gets hard)
  7. Cool completely before cutting into bars
  8. This recipe is flexible and you can substitute other dried fruits and nuts.
