  1. In large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and bleu cheese, set aside to reach room temperature. Beat with elcetric mixer till smooth and creamy. Add sour cream, grated onion and Worcestershire sauce; beat until fluffy. Place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with crackers or chips. Makes 1 and 1/3 cups. /
