Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  2. Grate cheese and weigh (I say 200g because that's how much a block of parmesan usually comes in here but however much you have just match the same weight of flour and butter).
  3. Weigh and add sifted flour and butter and mix.
  4. Roll out and cut out with cookie cutter (I like to use a fairly small one as these are best served bite sized.)
  5. Transfer to baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes, they should be golden brown.
  6. Put onto cooling rack until fully cool then serve or store.
