Ingredients:

  • 1 box(es) duncan hines **pudding** yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. MIX 1 EGG AND OIL UNTIL CRUMBLY; RESERVE 1 CUP
  2. PAT REMAINING MIXTURE LIGHTLY IN AN UNGREASED 9X13 PAN
  3. BAKE 15 MIN AT 350
  4. BEAT CHEESE, SUGAR, LEMON JUICE AND 1 EGG UNTIL LIGHT AND SMOOTH.
  5. SPREAD OVER BAKED LAYER
  6. SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CRUMB MIXTURE
  7. BAKE 15 MIN LONGER
  8. COOL AND CUT INTO SQUARES
