Ingredients:

  • 6 -7 apples
  • 1/2 lb pecans or 1/2 lb almonds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp sugar (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp wine

Directions:

  1. Pare and grate the apples. Chop the nuts very fine. Blend apples, nuts, cinnamon, sugar and enough wine to bind.
