Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in large pot, cover with water and boil at least 4-5 hours. When necessary, add hot water. Remove bones from roast and Jalapeno pepper.
  2. To Serve: individuals stack their own plate, starting with a layer of regular Fritos, hot bean mixture, grated cheddar cheese, chopped onions, chopped radishes, chopped avocadoes, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
