Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add crumbs and mix well.
  3. Add celery, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix.
  5. Fill cavity of bird or cook in a greased pan for 40 min at 350 degrees.
