  • 2 large potatoes, cut into fat wedges.
  • 1/4 cup canola oil (remaining on potatoes after frying)

Directions:

  1. Fry Potato wedges until golden.
  2. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
  3. About half a large potato would be a serving a fries.
