Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 cup cut cherries (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased square pan for 30 minutes at 350F
  2. Keep an eye on it an test with a toothpick
