Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut fish into chunks
  2. Gently fry onions in butter
  3. Remove and fry fish for a few min- not too long
  4. Combine sauce ing
  5. Bring to the boil
  6. Lower heat and simmer for 10 min.
  7. Place fish and onions in shallow dish and pour sauce over the top.
  8. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 12 hrs before serving
