Ingredients:

  • 8 -10 cups popped popcorn (i find air popped is best)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 -3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (i guess any flavoured essence would work)
  • food coloring

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot. I use a stock pot.
  2. Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
  3. Boil for a minute or so.
  4. Remove from heat and add popcorn.
  5. Stir quickly to cover.
