Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs , beaten until light
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Beat the first 4 ingredients for a few minutes.
  2. Add vinegar and stir well and set aside for a few hours.
  3. The dressing will keep for weeks in the fridge.
