Ingredients:

  • 2 lb pork chop
  • 2 lb beef chop
  • 2 1/2 lb chiken
  • 2 lb onions
  • 2 1/2 lb potatoes
  • 1 quart corn
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 oz mustard
  • 3/4 bottle hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. NOTE: Cook each meat separately. Chop or cube meats and cook, just until no longer red. Cut up onions. Cook potatoes and mash (you might prefer not to mash the potatoes, but mashing them gives it a creamy texture.) Mix everything together in a large pot and simmer, probably about an hour. Just taste along as you go and you'll know when it's ready. This makes a LOT, so if you're not serving a crowd you might want to cut the recipe.
