Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk , plus
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Put each ingredient in bread maker as listed.
  2. When adding yeast besure it doesnt touch the milk.
  3. Bake as you would any bread maker bread.
  4. I use the 2# setting and light crust.
  5. Enjoy.
