Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine baking m ix, mustard powder, cracked pepper, cayenne, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in milk until combined and dough just forms.
  4. Turn dough out onto work surface dusted with additional baking mix; roll out to 3/4-inch thickness.
  5. Using 2-1/2 inch round cutter, cut out 6 biscuits, rerolling scraps.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter; serve warm with additional butter, if desired.
