  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients; sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Yield: 6-8 servings.
