  2. Combine all ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
  3. Press firmly into 13 by 9-inch cake pan sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 15 to 18 minutes,or until light golden.
  5. TOPPING:.
  6. Beat eggs, sugar, corn syrup and margarine together until blended.
  7. Stir in butterscotch chips and pecans.
  8. Pour evenly over crust.
  9. Bake about 30 minutes longer, or until set and golden.
  10. Cool completely on wire rack; cut into bars.
