Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined. In separate bowl mix flour and baking powder then stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Place small rounded teaspoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Smash down with fork dipped into warm water. Bake for 10 minutes at 350f then let cool on wire rack.
