Directions:

  1. Heat oil in cast iron skillet to hot
  2. Clean and pat dry chicken
  3. Season chicken
  4. Fry until crispy and brown
  5. Drain and set aside
  6. Melt butter in sauce pan
  7. Add hot sauce and stir
  8. Add wings to sauce and toss to cover evenly
  9. Plate and serve with blue cheese and celery sticks
