Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan
  2. Rinse chicken
  3. Scramble eggs
  4. Dip chicken in eggs
  5. Coat in panko bread crumbs
  6. Add to frying pan and cook till browned on both sides flipping over
  7. As chicken is done, add to a baking dish
  8. In another large fry pan add one cup of Red Hot Buffalo sauce and one cup of butter until melted
  9. Add each chicken breast and cook for about 2 minutes on each side
  10. Serve with blue cheese
