Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 large salmon fillets
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the sugar, honey, mustard and salt well. Place salmon skin side down on baking tray. Brush over the salmon.
  2. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source and broil 8 to 10 minutes or until golden glazed and done.
  3. Garnish with dill and lemon slices if desired
  4. May be served warm or room temperature
  5. Note: may also use salmon steaks for the recipe
