Ingredients:

  1. Rinse grapefruit under water. cut in half, run sharpe knife around the grapefruit and through the segments till you have them loose. then place on a broiler pan or cookie sheet or a sm. 9x9 baking pan. then sprinkle the tsp. of sugar or splenda over the top of the grapefruit. then sprinkle the cinammon on top of the sugar on the grapefruit, next add a pat of margarine or better to the top of the grapefruit. place under the broiler. cook till the top of the rine turns black or dark brown. take out of the oven and serve hot.
