Broccoli-Tofu-Sesame Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix oils in glass baking dish.
  2. Toss broccoli and tofu to coat in oils.
  3. Arrange in a single layer.
  4. Bake at 400F for 15-17 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  5. Sprinkle corn over top and bake another couple of minutes.
  6. Drizzle with sauce of choice and garnish with sesame seeds.
