  2. Mix chopped broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, margarine, eggs and salt. Add corn muffin mix and blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in. casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min. or until mixture tests done. Cut into squares and serve hot.
