Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix everything but eggs, oil and breadcrumbs in a bowl and chill one hour.
  2. Roll into walnut sized balls.
  3. Roll balls in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in oil til golden brown about 3 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
