Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups bread crumbs (about 6 slices)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in baking dish, add bread crumbs.
  3. Beat first 6 ingredients, and pour over the bread crumbs.
  4. Allow the bread crumbs to soak up the liquid (about 15-20 minutes)
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until firm.
