Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a medium saucepan with cooking spray.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat.
  3. Add onions and thyme, cook 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in radishes, cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  5. Add wine.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Cover, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes until radishes are tender.
  8. Remove radishes with a slotted spoon.
  9. Cook the wine mixture a few minutes more until reduced and thickened.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Stir in butter and salt to taste.
  12. Pour over radishes, sprinkle with parsley.
